Items are eligible for return/exchange if:
-no makeup stains
-no deodorant stains
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke or odors
-not final sale
-within the date ranges specified in the return policy
If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store credit that will be applied to your account. Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. If you would like to exchange for another product, please follow the previous steps and you may select and purchase another item like you typically would.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!
All sales on sale/clearance items are final. All sales are final on jewelry, purses, wallets, and giveaway items. Also any brami's and hats (for hygienic purposes) are final sale.
